ISHPEMING, Mich. (WLUC) – Feeding America West Michigan is helping hungry families get the food they need with the help of its mobile food pantry in Ishpeming Thursday morning.
The food distribution event starts at 9 a.m. Eastern time at North Iron Church, located at 910 Palms Avenue. Families unable to attend food distribution can have a stand-in to get food in their place, but space is limited. The stand-in will need to give the name, address, and household size of any family that they pick food up for.
The pantry is a drive-thru event. Attendees are asked to stay in their vehicle.
