DULUTH, Minn. — Music is back at Bayfront! Festival by the Lake brought music to the park all afternoon on Saturday.
Crowds were back at Bayfront Festival Park to enjoy live music, along with food, drinks, arts and crafts, and other vendors. Music lovers of all ages listened to the main and kid’s stage performances, all while giving back to the arts.
“One of the big things for us is Festival by the Lake is actually one of our events that gives back to the community — really all of our events do,” said Kynze Lundeen, Vice President of Lundeen Productions.
“But it’s a festival that the proceeds benefit the Bluebird Foundation. So the admission is $5 with proceeds benefiting a nonprofit that gives back to students in the local performing arts. We have have music all day and some of these are actually scholarship winners from the Bluebird Foundation.”
Performers came from the Twin Ports and around the Midwest, including Sidestreet Detour, Sydney Hansen, and Jake Birdseye.
