You are cordially invited to join Tatler’s Election Night live feed, which will run right here from 7pm tonight until 7am tomorrow morning.

Tatler’s editors will be on the ground, sniffing out scoops from inside political parties, private watching gatherings, key vote counts and behind the scenes at major broadcast studios.

Soon, we’ll know if the polls are right and Keir Starmer is our next Prime Minister. Or if, somehow, Rishi Sunak delivers the biggest comeback of all time. And don’t you want to know, as it all unfolds, what cocktail Michael Gove is drinking as Rome burns? Who is head in hands at the Carlton Club and who is dancing on top of the bar at The Pineapple Pub in Kentish Town, or vice versa.

Or, indeed, how Rishi Sunak greets his opponent, Count Binface, as he awaits his constituency result in Northallerton. As Emily Maitlis recently told Tatler, ‘There is something about the British electoral system which is so uniquely, brutally democratic; that even the Prime Minister has to stand on stage, hearing that count, maybe with somebody with a bucket on their head or dressed as a lion. It’s so funny [and] so humbling.’

See you back here at 7pm.
