Lysander, N.Y. — A small group of neighbors are suing a restaurant and bar on the Seneca River claiming the business is repeatedly and illegally blaring loud music.

The four people are also suing the town of Lysander and its code enforcement officer, saying the officials have failed to stop The Winds of Cold Springs Harbor LLC from playing loud music from its deck.
