Janecke earns AHA Forward of the Month honors after she put up 14 points throughout September and October. She registered five goals and nine assists which included four multi-point games including a three-point effort in the Nittany Lions win over Stonehill on October 26. She led the AHA in assists, assists per game, points per game, points, and faceoff wins. This is her eighth AHA monthly award and fourth AHA Forward of the Month honor in her career. The Orangeville, Ill. native sits second all-time among the most amount of AHA monthly awards in their career behind Josie Bothun who has 12 throughout her time at Penn State.
