Carolina men’s golf hosts the 2026 Tar Heel Intercollegiate, a two-day tournament at UNC Finley Golf Club on Saturday and Sunday, April 11-12.
Admission is free. Fans may park at the soccer/lacrosse/track complex on Old Mason Farm Road. Two-way shuttles run continuously to drop fans off at the clubhouse, which is adjacent to the first and 10th tees and ninth and 18th greens.
The 11th-ranked Tar Heels are coming off their most impressive performance of the season, winning the Augusta Haskins Award Invitational by 15 strokes last weekend.
Sihan Sandhu shot 15-under-201 to force a playoff, where he won the individual title on the third extra hole.
Sandhu, Niall Sheils Donegan (14-under 202), Carson Bertagnole (13-under 203) and Grant Roscich (9-under 207) all set collegiate bests for 54 holes. Andrew Riley added a 6-under 210 as the Tar Heels shot 54 under par for the tournament.
The same five individuals will get the start in the Tar Heel Intercollegiate, which begins Saturday at 8:45 a.m. with a shotgun start. Carolina’s first five players will tee off the first through fourth holes.
The tournament schedule is two rounds on Saturday and a third and final round on Sunday, beginning at 8 a.m.
UNC will also field a second five, including Keaton Vo, Misha Golod, Hampton Roberts, Ethan Paschal and Mack Edwards.
Joining Carolina in the field are Campbell, UCF, Davidson, Duke, ETSU, Elon, FAU, Gardner-Webb, Houston, Kennesaw State, Nebraska, UNCW and Texas A&M.
National Player of the Year David Ford was the medalist and Carolina won the team title by one shot over Elon in last season’s Tar Heel Intercollegiate.
