Join us for the first of four FREE Music in the Pavilion concerts as we kick off our 2026 Summer Concert Series!
Date: Wednesday, July 15
Time: 7:00–8:30 PM
Location: Legion Park Pavilion (Legion Place, behind the Middlesex Public Library)
Additional parking available behind Borough Hall.
Our opening performance features the James Austin Jr. Trio performing “Songs in the Key of Wonder and More”—an evening of jazz-inspired arrangements, soulful melodies, and timeless favorites celebrating the music of Stevie Wonder. Read his Bio here.
Bring your lawn chairs, family, friends, and neighbors for a relaxing summer evening of great music and community!
Before the concert, stop by American Legion Post 306, which opens at 5:30 PM, for dinner. Your meal supports the Legion’s fundraising efforts and the important programs they provide for our veterans and community.
This concert series is presented by Middlesex Recreation and the Middlesex Borough Culture & Arts Committee, in cooperation with American Legion Post 306.
A Special Thank You to Mayor Jack Mikolajczyk, whose vision and dedication helped make the Music in the Pavilion Concert Series a reality. Through his outreach to local businesses and community partners, he secured the generous support that allows Middlesex to offer these concerts free of charge for everyone to enjoy.
We are also grateful to Unity Bank, the sponsor of our July 15 opening concert, for helping launch this exciting new summer tradition.
And this is just the beginning… We’ll be announcing the bands for the remaining three concerts very soon, so stay tuned!
