Fans of comedy should get ready to laugh out loud as Jay Leno headlines a growing list of comedians on the way to South Mississippi casino stages in 2026.
Long-time host of “The Tonight Show” Jay Leno returns to the Beau Rivage Resort and Casino Saturday, Oct. 10. His show starts, at 8 p.m. and tickets start at $110
Leno hosted “The Tonight Show” from 1992 to 2014, with a year off while Conan O’Brien did the show from 2009-10.
“I loved it while I was doing it, but I did it for 22 years,” he said in a 2017 interview with the Sun Herald. At some point you have to walk away and let someone else be the host, he said.
Besides being a funny guy, Leno gets bonus points with his fans for his commitment to South Mississippi. In August 2010, he performed at the Beau Rivage Theatre during “Stand Up for the Gulf Coast” benefit show following the oil spill.
He’s also an antique car buff and hosted the show “Jay Leno’s Garage.” When he appeared at the Beau Rivage in Biloxi in 2022, he crossed the bridge to go Cruisin’ The Coastin Ocean Springs with other car buffs.
Leno is one of the long-standing stars of comedy, along with Jeff Foxworthy and Ron White, bringing their best jokes to South Mississippi this year. They will be joined on the Coast by some new comedians who blend stand-up comedy and storytelling to capture an ever-growing legion of fans..
