Chris Pine and Robert Schwartzman are part of “The Princess Diaries 3!”
Author Meg Cabot gave updates on the upcoming franchise’s cast members at the BookCon event held in New York City over the weekend, saying she’s read the script and “there is a part for everybody.”
“There’s a thing that happens and everybody has to show up. Robert Schwartzman‘s in it. Chris Pine obviously is in it. Although he says he’s not, but he is,” Meg added.
if you recall, Robert appeared in the first film as Michael Moscovitz, while Chris joined the second film as Nicholas Devereaux.
News of “The Princess Diaries 3” began in 2022 when Disney was reportedly developing a continuation story to “Princess Diaries 2.”
Talks of a third installment of the highly successful franchise began as early as 2019, when Anne Hathaway confirmed the existence of a screenplay for “The Princess Diaries 3” and said they “all want to make it happen.”
