Lights Win in Dramatic Fashion – Hi-Line Today

Havre, MT – Saturday Night the MSU-Northern Lights were tied down with just over 30 seconds to play at 80 a piece with the Bismarck State Mysticks. The Lights secured on offensive rebound off of a miss three from Cinque Maxwell and Lights guard Clayson drilled the game winning 3-pointer for the 83-80 final.

Lights junior Austin Ramos led all scorers with 21 points on 7-13 shooting while also chipping in four assists and seven rebounds to lead the team. As a team the Lights shot 55% from the field and 40% from behind the arch.

With the win the Lights improve to 14-8 overall and are 9-7 in Frontier Conference play with six games remaining. The Lights currently sit at seventh in Frontier Conference standings.

The Skylights also came away with win at Bismarck State 75-70.
