Works to repair a North Lincolnshire road damaged by a badger sett will begin on Monday.
College Road, in East Halton, will be fully rebuilt, with the embankment repaired and strengthened, a new surface laid, and sections of safety barrier replaced.
The road has been closed since October 2025, when the local authority deemed it “no longer safe” for motorists.
Councillor Rob Waltham, leader of North Lincolnshire Council, said residents have “shown real patience” while awaiting the repairs.
