Following the 2026 FIFA World Cup Final, there was supposed to be some more exciting sports action on tap — before rain interrupted those plans. INDYCAR’s best drivers will now race in the Borchetta Bourbon Music City Grand Prix at Nashville Superspeedway on Monday at 3 p.m. ET after Sunday’s scheduled event was officially postponed.
Josef Newgarden won last year’s race in Nashville, beating Alex Palou. Kyle Kirkwood will start in first for Monday’s race, while Newgarden will start in second.
