According to reports, at present, there are approximately 300-400 tankers that are waiting and stranded in the Strait of Hormuz, ever since the war in the Middle East has started. Although, India due to its diplomatic outreach has been able to secure a safe passage, reportedly without paying any tolls, for some of its energy vessels.
