You will join BNP Paribas through a 12-month graduate rotational programme in the UK across different Global Markets teams. 

At the end of this programme, you will join back the BNP Paribas KSA office to further continue your career in Global Markets in KSA.

What will your first 12 months look like?

You will be part of a cohort of European & Middle East graduates recruited from different countries. 

Your journey will start with a specific induction programme in the UK covering both technical and on soft skills. 

Then, you will be joining the Global Markets teams in UK. You will have the opportunity to be involved in every step

Throughout the Graduate Programme you will continue to benefit from an adapted development program.

And then what is next?

After the 1-year assignment with the rotations in UK, you will be assigned to your target role, a permanent position, within the Global Markets teams in the Kingdom of Saudia Arabia.

Competencies, Experiences and Skills

You should be a Saudi national with outstanding academic records (University GPA not less than 3.75 out of 5 or 2.75 of 4 or equivalent). Your knowledge in finance and your analytical skills should be demonstrated. You will also be expected to have a strong team spirit and ability to work autonomously or under the close supervision of others.

To succeed, you should be able to navigate a highly demanding environment and to deliver your work within the requested quality/deadlines. 

Requirements

  • Saudi nationals who graduated in 2025 / 2026. 
  • Less than 2 years working experience.
  • Typically requires a university degree with an excellent academic record as an indicator of an ability to understand and apply complex theoretical concepts (University GPA not less than 3.75 out of 5 or 2.75 of 4 or equivalent).
  • Good understanding of Financial Markets.
  • Fluent in English a minimum of 6 IELTS score or 60 in TOEFL (IBT) or 513 IN TOEFL (PBT), excluding the graduates of accredited universities in English speaking countries.  
  • An analytical and problem-solving mindset and ability to meet deadlines under pressure. Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Proactive and enthusiastic self-starter.
  • A developing knowledge of BNP Paribas, the industry, and its products / services, with a demonstrable capacity and willingness to develop market awareness autonomously and to learn and improve performance. An interest in finance and economic affairs.
  • A strong personal focus on accuracy and attention to details and able to prioritise workload based on shifting business needs.
  • Ability to multi-task under pressure.
  • Good written and oral language skills. 
  • Skilled in the use of a range of standard computer software (e.g., Microsoft Office, email, PowerPoint, Word and Excel) and capacity to learn the use of banking related applications.
