Former Inghams and Santa’s Lapland Head of Agency Sales Julie Franklin has joined Designer Travel as a homeworker.
Julie posted on social media to say: “I am celebrating 40 years in the travel industry this month. In that time I’ve worked with the most incredible people and some great companies working my way from a trainee travel agent in 1986, to heading up agency sales teams at Inghams in 2026.”
She said that, since taking ‘temporary retirement’ after leaving Inghams in January this year, she’s been wondering what she can do with all the experience she has gained.
Her new venture, Designer Travel by Julie Franklin, launches today (Thursday 18 June).
