This week, pushback on changes to environmental policy that local lawmakers fear will negatively impact New Yorkers. A new rule from the Environmental Protection Agency will stop calculating the cost of lives saved or health care issues avoided thanks to certain air pollution regulations – citing “uncertainty.”
