Victoria Beckham has paid a tribute to her “beautiful” son Brooklyn, amid their family feud.

Brooklyn’s estrangement from his parents exploded back in January, after he released a statement saying that “he will “not reconcile with [his] family”, and claiming that David and Victoria are “trying endlessly to ruin [his] relationship.”

Throughout the past year, rumours had been rife that Brooklyn and his wife, Nicola Peltz-Beckham, had grown distant from his parents, former footballer David and Spice Girls singer Victoria.

Now, to mark Father’s Day, Victoria has chosen to share a tribute to David, which includes Brooklyn.

On Sunday, the 52-year-old took to Instagram to post a throwback photo of David posing in the sea with Brooklyn and the couple’s other three children – Romeo (23) and Cruz (21), and 14-year-old daughter Harper.

In her post, Victoria also included a snap of David posing with a glass of white wine.

“David you truly are the best daddy,” Victoria penned alongside the images.

“Your greatest achievement has always been our beautiful children and we love you so much. Happy Father’s Day 💕💕💕💕💕💕,” she added.

Victoria’s Father’s Day tribute to David comes amid a wave of backlash that Brooklyn has been receiving for a recent ad campaign.

In recent days, the eldest son of David and Victoria Beckham launched an ad campaign with American food delivery service DoorDash, which pokes fun at his feud with his family.

The DoorDash campaign, which revolves around this summer’s World Cup in the US, focuses on Brooklyn having to watch the hotly-anticipated matches “from home”, despite already having tickets to them.

In his second advert for the campaign, which was released on Wednesday, Brooklyn joked that he was easily able to access the tickets, but could no longer use them.

“You’re probably wondering why I’m watching the FIFA World Cup 2026 from home. It’s not like I don’t have tickets. Um, it’s because… It’s a long story,” he stated to the camera.

In the ad, a DoorDash courier met the aspiring chef at his front door, where Brooklyn then placed the World Cup tickets into the courier’s bag.

“These can go to someone… else,” the 27-year-old instructed, before the courier left the property.

Calling back to the courier, Brooklyn added: “Hey! Put them somewhere fun.”

The tongue-in-cheek jab referenced David Beckham’s prominence as a former footballer, and being a regular attendee at this year’s World Cup.

“Asked @doordash to go drop my FIFA World Cup 2026 tickets for you guys… happy hunting Follow @doordash’s account to see clues for where you can find them xx,” Brooklyn penned in the caption of his ad.

Many Instagram users have been taking to Brooklyn’s comments section to express their disappointment, with one admitting: “This is a giant PR miss.”

“Read the room lad,” another wished.

“Wow! The double standards!!” a third exclaimed.

“Embarrassing……totally embarrassing,” a fourth added.

In his statement back in January, Brooklyn had penned that he did not want “a life shaped by image, press, or manipulation”, and that he was striving for “peace, privacy and happiness” for him and his wife Nicola.

Brooklyn’s latest move also came just days after his youngest sibling, Harper Beckham (14), appeared to attempt to contact him.

Last Friday, shortly after she had watched her dad David receive a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, Harper was spotted outside Brooklyn’s house.

According to photos obtained by Page Six, Harper approached Brooklyn and Nicola’s home in Beverly Hills, California at around 2pm local time.

Per the report, Harper lingered outside the residence for around 30 seconds before deciding to leave without seeing Brooklyn.

A source later told the publication that neither Brooklyn nor Nicola were at home at the time. The couple were believed to be out of town.

Following the visit, Brooklyn’s team issued a statement, claiming the visit was a publicity stunt.

Speaking to Page Six, a spokesperson for the eldest Beckham child said: “That photographers were in place as the letter was hand-delivered says it all – this was choreographed for the cameras.”
