Honigman recently advised EAS Tire & Auto, a leading automotive repair and service provider in Colorado and a Straightaway brand, in its acquisition of Greeley, Colorado-based The Garage Automotive Solutions.
With the addition of The Garage Automotive Solutions, EAS Tire & Auto expands its footprint to 25 locations, further strengthening its presence in Colorado and its ability to serve communities across the state with high-quality automotive repair and maintenance services.
The Honigman deal team was led by Corporate Partners Evan Leibhan, Nicholas Pedersen, Paul Howarah, and Associates George Cobane, Moshe Gottesfeld, and Nathaniel Penning along with the finance deal team of Partner Michelle Bleda Drew and Associates Lauren Legner and Kelly Lewis.
